Terms & Conditions of Registration

1. The registration shall be only valid for operating under GEDA’s EC Programs within Gujarat State for a specified period of 12 months from the date of issuance of Registration Certificate.
2. The registration is subject to yearly review and renewal by GEDA and shall be liable for cancellation in case of non-performance or violation of any of the terms & conditions of registration by the consultant, specified herein.
3. The registered Energy Audit Consultant (EAC) shall be obliged to submit yearly Work Report pertaining to their overall activity, as EAC, including relevant work done by them privately or under any other schemes anywhere in the country.
4. The registered EAC shall be required to conduct at least one Industrial Energy Audit under the Agency’s Scheme in a financial year.
5. Motivation and identification of prospective clients/industries will be the sole responsibility of the registered EAC. GEDA shall bear no such responsibility whatsoever.
6. The registered EAC shall be required to monitor and report post-audit implementation work in the industry audited by them under the Agency’s Scheme. The monitoring period may range from three to six months
7. The registered EAC shall abide by the scope of work and the terms & conditions of the Energy Audit Subsidy sanction issued by Agency.
8. The registered EAC shall be required to participate in all the meetings and workshop convened by the Agency, periodically, for reviewing the progress of the Programme.
