Supply & Installation of Improved Crematoria in the State of Gujarat
for the
year 2005-06

Gujarat Energy Development Agency – A State Nodal
agency of Govt. of Gujarat invites Tenders for Supply &
Installation of Improved Crematoria in the State of Gujarat for the
year 2005-06.
Tenders are invited from Tenders having adequate infrastructure
facilities for Supply & Construction of Improved Crematoria and
satisfying criterion as per the Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) of
this document.
Tenders submitted should be accompanied by an Earnest Money
Deposit of Rs.25,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn
on any Nationalised Bank/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Gujarat Energy
Development Agency payable at Baroda.

Part – I |
Technical Bid
Containing
original tender duly signed and sealed on every page,
Earnest Money Deposit in the prescribed form, Technical
Specifications, Documents in support of Bid Evaluation
Criteria of the tender, any other documents/ papers in
support of claims made by the party.

Part – II |
Financial
Bid
Schedule of Rates as per the performa attached in the tender
document. |

Both these
envelopes should be packed in an envelope super scribed with
Tender detail, Tender No. and due date. |
Tenders submitted by you should be valid up to
March 31, 2006.
Sealed Tenders, duly super scribed on the envelop as “Tender for
Supply & Installation of Improved Crematoria in the State of Gujarat
for the year 2005-06” should reach to The Administrative
Officer, GEDA on or before October 26, 2005 before 11.00 a.m.
Part – I: Technical offers of the offers received shall be
opened on October 26, 2005 at 11.30 a.m. at GEDA’s
office.
Part – II: Financial offer of only those successful Suppliers
whose Technical offers are accepted may be opened on the same date
in the afternoon.
GEDA may at its discretion change the date & time of opening of the
offers without assigning any reasons thereof. In the event of any
change in the schedule, the same shall be communicated to you in
time.
Director, GEDA reserves the right to reject any/all offers without
assigning any reasons thereof.
