Undertaking by Applicant of GEDA DWHS Subsidy Scheme (2007-08)

I, _______________________________________________ the undersigned, residing at _________________________________________________, hereby undertake to abide by the terms & conditions of the GEDA DWHS Subsidy Scheme (2007-08) as mentioned below:

1. I agree to make the payments towards the cost of the system, as agreed, directly to the manufacturer. Or (Payment towards my contribution of system cost after deduction of subsidy amount)
    
2. The installation of the system shall be done at site applied for and within the stipulated time frame prescribed by GEDA in its subsidy sanction letter.
    
3. The system installation done by the manufacturer will be verified by me and a Joint Installation Commissioning Certificate as per GEDA’s format would be submitted to GEDA.
    
4. I shall allow GEDA representative to inspect the system as & when required.
    
5. I shall provide feedback on the status of the system as and when requested by GEDA.
    
6. I have fully understood the operation, working & routine maintenance of the system from the manufacturer and shall take the complete responsibility of routine operation & maintenance of the system.
    
7. I shall be solely responsible for dealing with the manufacturer in case of any dispute regarding after-sales services and system warranty agreed.
    
8. I shall not dismantle or shift the system from the present location without prior permission of GEDA in writing.
    
9. I understand that violation of the any terms & conditions of the GEDA DWHS Subsidy Scheme would result in withdrawal of the subsidy.
