Under the Energy Audit Study (EAS) Subsidy Scheme Gujarat Energy
Development Agency (GEDA) offers 50% subsidy,
not exceeding Rs.
20000/-, on the total cost of thermal/electrical energy audit by
GEDA authorized Consultants, to interested industries within
Gujarat.

Industries with Contract Demand less
than 200 kVA are only eligible.

Subsidy is subject to prior approval of
GEDA.

Industries that have already availed
subsidy under this scheme in the past need not apply.

and list of GEDA authorized consultants can be obtained from GEDA
Office or can be downloaded from GEDA website.

The last date for accepting applications
is 1/3/2009.

The study has to be completed before 15/03/2009.
